It’s funny because people describe PowerShell as powerful, but really they mean it’s also a hammer to mash everything with. “Powerfull!”
He is a bit problematic. It always seems to go that way with him too. People were averse to quote toots, and most of his userbase are Twitter refugees that left early because of things like doxxing. But Gargron just toots “nah, I’m happy to add quote toots”. He probably lacks something in the way of caring about what people were attracted to in the first place. Maybe he’s just lumbering thoughtlessly in general - the whole extinct elephant theme in itself.
I thought it was a terrible summary where they missed all the things they were saying that would make me switch to a defederated instance or delete my account. They got one thing which is like magic beans and gave away free airspace to those fuckers!

It’s the classic restaurant drama about a new chef at your favourite restaurant, and how nobody matches the old chef. It’s a lazy palate problem. You’re addicted to a specific chemistry, and all equivalent chemistry won’t match it no matter how little you try.
