No you can’t. Your account only works with your instance. But your instance and other Fediverse Services like Mastodon can talk to each other. So Users on other Mastodon/Lemmy Instances can interact with posts/comments on your instance or other instances. And you can reply to their comments under your posts here. If you want a Mastodon like experience you need to register on a Mastodon Instance, I’m not aware of a way to use Lemmy to browse posts not made in a community
